This is just the thing everybody needs! I know I did. Most new motherboards have an SPDIF connector inside the board, but few of them come with a bracket like this one.

I just got mine in the mail from ExcaliberPC, and I couldn't be more satisfied.
The item comes with no instructions though, so here's how to save your sanity when you try to match this piece of gear with your PC:

The RED wire is VCC or 5-Volts DC
The BROWN wire is SPDIF (out from your board, in to this bracket)
The BLACK wire is GROUND

If you can find the pin-out for your board's connector, it is very easy.

Now, we can hear full digital from our PC into our expensive sound systems.
